Article Processing Charge
FAHMA : Jurnal Informatika Komputer, Bisnis dan Manajemen is committed to disseminating research freely to the global community through an open access policy. To support the costs of peer review management, journal production, online hosting, and long-term digital preservation, an Article Processing Charge (APC) is applied to manuscripts accepted for publication.
Fee Structure
This policy applies to all manuscripts accepted starting from April 1, 2026.
- Article Submission Fee: 0.00 (IDR/USD)
There are no charges for submitting a manuscript. The peer review process is free of charge to ensure that editorial decisions are based solely on scientific merit. - Article Publication Fee: 500,000 IDR (approximately equivalent in USD)
This fee is required only after the manuscript has successfully passed the peer review process and is formally accepted for publication.
What Does the APC Cover?
The APC contributes to the following services:
- DOI Registration for each published article (via Crossref)
- Plagiarism Screening using Turnitin/iThenticate
- Editorial and Peer Review Management
- Production Process, including:
- Professional article layout (camera-ready format)
- PDF conversion
- (Optional) XML preparation for indexing
- Online Hosting and Server Maintenance
- Digital Archiving to ensure long-term accessibility
Payment Details
- Indonesian Authors
Payment must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) according to the stated amount. - International Authors
Payment may be made in USD based on the equivalent value using the Bank Indonesia middle exchange rate on the date of acceptance.
An official invoice will be issued after the manuscript is accepted.
Waiver Policy
The journal supports inclusivity and offers full or partial APC waivers for:
- Authors from countries classified as Low-Income Economies by the World Bank
- Authors who demonstrate significant financial hardship
Note: Waiver requests must be submitted during the manuscript submission process, not after acceptance.
Withdrawal Policy
If an author withdraws a manuscript:
- After it has entered the peer review stage, or
- After it has been accepted for publication,
the author may be required to pay a fee in accordance with the journal’s article withdrawal policy.
Previous Policy
Manuscripts accepted before April 1, 2026 remain subject to the previous policy, where publication fees were subsidized by the publisher.
